Refund policy

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or broken, or

  • You received the wrong item

If this applies, the exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order at proverbsjewelry.help@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Please not that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at proverbsjewelry.help@gmail.com so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.


Replacement Requests (Paid)

If your item is damaged, broken, or lost after delivery, and it does not qualify for a free return or refund, you may request a replacement. A replacement fee of R200 applies to cover processing, handling, and shipping. To request a replacement, please email proverbsjewelry.help@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items returned due to change of mind

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Earrings or jewelry worn against the skin (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items


Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will notify you once the item has been reviewed.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
